Mike Beckingham

Mike is an experienced banker, having worked in Asia, the Pacific, and Australia across all facets of banking. Prior to joining Cohesive Business Advisory, Mike was the Regional Business Executive for NAB in Perth, responsible for a team of 90 business bankers across the SME platform – effectively individual businesses with borrowings up to $50m. Prior to that, Mike was GM of Hong Kong for NAB, managing partner at Nabhealth in WA, and has led large property and corporate lending businesses with several banks. He is extremely passionate about customer outcomes and is acutely aware of the frustrations and challenges faced by business. As a chartered accountant and former director of the Aust Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macau, he brings a different perspective and will partner with you to negotiate the best outcome for your business. Aaron Swyny

Aaron accumulated over 20 years of banking and finance experience with NAB. While managing business and home loan portfolios, he also built a deep knowledge of the health industry as a senior manager within NabHealth, then as State Manager WA with Medfin. Aaron is passionate about working alongside his clients and their other advisors to understand their challenges and priorities, enabling them to focus on securing a strong financial future.
